Palette to Palate is our chef-designed, seasonal benefit dinner in the setting of our galleries. Our Spring 2021 Palette to Palate features Chef Ross Essner of the Columbus Inn whose menus consist of elegant American dishes with a contemporary twist. Chef Essner’s Palette to Palate menu will respond to the vibrant exhibition APPEARANCES, a group exhibition collaboration with Lauren E. Peters, with additional inspiration from ADVANCED GEOCHROMATIC STUDIES, by artists Jason Urban and Leslie Mutchler.

Columbus Inn has built an outstanding reputation with local residents over the past 60 years and has continued to be known as one of the best restaurants in the heart of Wilmington. Support The Delaware Contemporary and enjoy this signature benefit event pairing the contemporary art of our galleries with the culinary art of a unique, chef-designed menu.
